Sound is exceptional.

I pay attention to fine details. The inside back and sides are cleaned up and sanded smooth. I chip out all of the glue globs. Braces are tapered and sanded smooth. Back braces are rounded and sanded smooth. The back is sanded smooth(sound waves don’t like rough surfaces). I use a drill press and reamer to install new solid metal bushings and modern tuners.

• Bridge - Shop made ebony- attached with hot hide glue. Intonation is perfect
• Braces - 100 degree forward shifted quarter sawn premium Sitka spruce
• Frets - All new medium profile
• Tuners - Stewmac 2516 with correctly fitted solid metal bushings
• Pins - Plastic with dot
• End pin - Ivoroid (4965-EP) to match the bridge pin set.
• Saddle - bone
• Dot markers - mother of Pearl
