Sound is excellent with full harmonic overtones.
So, you are buying this guitar for tone quality, not for looks. And I can say without reservation you will
not be disappointed. This guitar has nice play-ability and perfect intonation.
Action is Low-E 4/64 High_E 4/64-5/64 at the 12th fret. My guess is you will put all other guitars aside and play this one.
In short, this guitar is worth the price.
Neck was reset.
Top was removed, braces removed, new braces installed, top replaced with herring bode trim.
I almost always replace the heel cap, which is usually loose or crumbling.
As usual, satisfaction is guaranteed. Returns allowed per our warranty.
I pay attention to small details. The inside back and sides are cleaned up and sanded smooth. Back braces are rounded and sanded smooth.
Top braces are tapered and sanded smooth. Serial numbers (if any) are preserved.
I do what Harmony should have done 50 years ago.

Condition
- Top is replaced. Top has two long cracks and several shorter cracks. One crack is full length. All cracks are comprehensively repaired and stabilized.
Amazingly, no pick wear at all. These red burst finished guitars are some of the prettiest in any brand.
Harmony really mastered the technique. There are two bad wear points. I have to wonder, how does a player make wear spots like that
and not make serious pick wear?
- Back - One long crack, fully stabilized. Lots of finish checking, dings and gouges.
- Sides - Lots of dings and some rough through the finish wear places.
- Gear head back and face are good..
- Neck - Very good all around.
Please note: many sellers do not accept returns. I do. I am all about customer satisfaction. This is a great player guitar you will
want to keep and play for years though certainly not a collectable.
Moonlightluthiers - Have pick will travel.
