I don’t see anything like this listed anywhere. One off custom model?
I am calling this a "Deluxe" because it has so many lux features, such as multi-layered ebony and maple neck, a metal tone reflector, etc. I am by no means a banjo expert. It definitly is a Vega. Compare the head stock on this model to the head stock on the sample banjolin which is stamped "Vega". There are no markings to prove one way or the other. Also, year of manufacture is in doubt. Maybe 1920s? Feelfree to contact me if you know better.
Frets, fretboard binding, bone nut replaced. Shop made Brazilian saddle added. Otherwise, all original, as recieved.
