No case - My packing technology is best in the business. I consistently get rave reviews.

All set up, nice action (Low-E=4/64; High-E= not quite 5/64), ready to rock. Sounds very nice even with extra-light gauge strings.

Reset was done.

Condition

Structurally, condition is excellent. Cosmetically, condition is good.

Sound is better than the original with full harmonic overtones.

Top has one crack below bridge. Amazingly, top has zero pick wear.

Back - two cracks thoroughly stabilized.

Sides - One 1-inch crack on upper bout. Hole for pickup jack repaired in lower bout. Minor dings here and there.

Neck and fret board - excellent: no issues except for one patched strap peg hole.

Peg head face - excellent with one major exception. Someone replaced the original tuners with Schaller tuners. These work very nicely. However, the posts were too short for the peg head. So someone recessed the tuner mounting holes into the peg head face to make the posts accessible. This is not really visible, and difficult to photograph, but works. I just have to wonder out loud about the choices some people make regarding guitar repairs, especially on a super nice Martin 12 string. I always wanted one of these. I may keep it for myself.
