WARRANTY STATEMENT

 

Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back, with the following conditions:

 

  1. Covers this instrument sold to original purchaser only.
  2. If this guitar is returned to us, any damage other than that showing on the guitar as shipped voids this warranty. Buyer will have to pay return-to-buyer shipping fee to get the guitar back. If repairs are desired, our usual repair fees will apply.
  3. If this guitar is returned to us, any changes to this instrument void this warranty. Buyer will have to pay return-to-buyer shipping fee to get the guitar back.
  4. If the guitar is returned for refund, owner must ship in original shipping container with original packing materials or refund is reduced accordingly.
  5. If included, cases are not warranted.
  6. Finish quality is not warranted.
  7. We only warrant any changes we made to the guitar. Original instrument construction is not warranted for structural stability in any way.
  8. If work is done by us, the following items are covered:
    • Saddle material and saddle installation
    • Tuner installation (but not tuners)
    • Nut material and installation
  10. OEM bridge or bridge installation is not warranted if we did not install it.

 

We take care of our customers. After over 250 plus repairs and at least 70 rebuilds, only one guitar was returned. That one was our fault and we paid the buyer’s shipping cost.
